Garage to IPO is a single-player business simulation game. It is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. The game does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any resemblance to real companies, people, or outcomes is coincidental.
You may play as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with email or Google, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the service.
Guest progress is stored locally on your device. Cloud saves are stored securely when you are signed in. We make reasonable efforts to protect your data, but we are not liable for lost local saves caused by clearing your browser storage or device issues.
All game content, code, designs, and branding are owned by Garage to IPO. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the game without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garage to IPO is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game. The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
