Garage to IPO is a browser-based business simulation game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Game save data: When you play as a guest, your progress is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to sign in.
• Account information: If you sign in with email or Google, we store your email address, user ID, and any profile details you provide (display name, username). This information is used to sync your game across devices.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymous error reports and usage statistics to improve the game. This data does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your information only to operate the game (save syncing, account management, and troubleshooting). We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and storage

The game uses localStorage to remember guest progress. If you sign in, authentication cookies are managed by our secure auth provider. We also use third-party advertising cookies and similar technologies to serve ads through Google AdSense.

Data retention

Guest saves remain on your device until you clear your browser storage. Cloud saves tied to an account are stored as long as you keep your account. You can delete your account and cloud data from the Account page at any time.
